DEAN ANDERSON is co-founder and president of Being First, a change leadership development and transformational change consulting firm. He is a powerful speaker, writer, coach, consultant and master trainer. The next level in Change Management

Breakthrough, most holistic and effective approach for Complex Change Management and Transformation. Dean and his wife leaders (authors) are the most advanced change experts. 40 years experience and having a holistic view of change including process, culture, behavior and system. Any expert in Change Management should read this book and attend related trainings. I did and it changed radically my approach to leading transformation and the results with my clients have been mind-blowing. I wish i read this book 15 years earlier.

Business change doesn't have to be painful

Having moved into an IT consulting role, this book quickly became a much-referred to reference full of outside-the-box, yet common sense advice. An excellent resource full of sound process, logical procedure and practical knowledge. I've thought of this as my best-practice approach guide.
